    To celebrate the release of Reworked, Snow Patrol will perform a stripped back set featuring tracks from the new album which features new versions of songs from their extensive back catalogue at Limelight, Belfast on 10th December at 6PM.

    Access to this event is strictly ticket only, with discounted album and ticket bundles available exclusively via store.hmv.com, for delivery to UK addresses only.

    Each ticket allows entry for one person only (18+).

    Each album bundle is limited to two per customer and ticket only orders are limited to one per customer only. If multiple tickets are required, we ask that each individual attending the event places a separate order for these.

    There are no printed tickets for this event. All tickets will be sent to customers electronically via mobile phone.

    Please ensure the name and UK mobile phone number of the person attending this event is used when placing your order as these details will be used to create the ticket(s) which will be sent to the hmv tickets app. If ordering multiple album bundles, you will receive multiple tickets to the app and attendees will need to arrive at the venue together.

    Tickets are being fulfilled using the hmv tickets mobile phone app. Customers will be sent a text message with full details of how to download the hmv tickets app and receive tickets. Tickets will be issued by 6pm on Tuesday 3rd December.

    When attempting to view your ticket, please ensure you log into the hmv tickets app using the name and UK mobile number exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.

    Tickets are strictly non transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased, either individually or as part of a bundle.

    Access is strictly 18+ (The venue operates a Challenge 25 policy and I.D. with proof of age will be required). The venue also reserves the right to refuse entry

    Please note that if customers have special requirements for disabled access they should check access details directly with the venue here.

    It is highly recommended that you check that the event is still scheduled to happen before incurring any travel costs. This can be done by checking hmv social media or via hmv.com/hmvlive.

    In the event that the live performance has to be cancelled for any reason, or we are unable to fulfil an order, customers will be contacted via email and the hmv tickets app about their ticket order.

  • Delivery and Returns

    When will my order arrive?

    • If the items are in stock we’ll aim to dispatch them within 24 hours of your order being placed, or the next working day if it’s a weekend or a public holiday. 
    • Orders sent via Royal Mail 48 are usually received within two to five working days, including Saturdays. 
    • Orders sent via the Royal Mail Tracked 24® service will be dispatched the same day if ordered by 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
    • We shall aim to dispatch pre-orders so that you receive them on the release date.

    Delivery charges

    • Free delivery is available for most items but all exceptions will be clearly highlighted.
    • Selected items are only available for delivery via the Royal Mail Tracked 24® service (International Tracked for non-UK orders) and some other items are available for delivery using this service for a charge.
    • Selected items are only available for delivery using Click & Collect to a UK hmv store of your choice.
    • All delivery options and any charges that are applicable will be shown at the checkout.

    Will you tell me when my order is on its way?

    • We will email you as soon as each item is ready to be dispatched so you know when to expect them, but you can also check the status of your order in your account.
    • For items that are dispatched using our untracked service, we ask that you wait 14 days from the date of dispatch before reporting any items as undelivered.

    Click & Collect 

    • This is a free service where items are delivered to an hmv or Fopp store of your choice. HubBox locations are also available for an extra £1.00 charge. 
    • We will email you when the items are ready to be collected.
    • If you have ordered several items we will email you to let you know which items are available and have therefore been dispatched. A further email will follow detailing items that have arrived at your selected collection point and are ready for collection. Where possible, all items on an order will be ready for collection together.
    • If any items are out-of-stock we will dispatch these items when more stock arrives. We will email you when these items are ready to be collected.

    Returns

    • We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
