    Easy Life will be performing an album show to celebrate the release of 'Life's A Beach' at Arts Club, Liverpool on Saturday 24th July, 2021. Doors at 7:30pm.

    We urge you to consider buying an album bundle rather than e-ticket only as they only cost £4.00 more to get a CD, PLUS this way you are helping the artist AND the more albums we sell the more of these exciting Album Launch shows we are able to put on in the future.

    Access to this event is strictly e-ticket only, with discounted album and e-ticket bundles available exclusively via store.hmv.com, for delivery to UK addresses only.

    Please note, this event is 14+ (under 16s must be accompanied by someone who's 18 or over). The venue operates a Challenge 25 policy and I.D. with proof of age will be required. The venue also reserves the right to refuse entry.

    Each e-ticket allows entry for one person only.

    Each album bundle is limited to two per customer. ‘e-ticket only’ orders are limited to one per customer only. If multiple e-tickets are required, we ask that each individual attending the event places a separate order for these.

    There are no printed tickets for this event. All e-tickets will be sent to customers electronically via mobile phone.

    Please ensure the name and UK mobile phone number of the person attending this event are used when placing your order as these details will be used to create the ticket(s) which will be sent to the hmv tickets app. If ordering multiple album bundles, you will receive multiple e-tickets to the app and attendees will need to arrive at the venue together.

    Payment for this event is done via PayPal only. As a result of this, payment via PayPal is taken as soon as the order is placed. You may receive an email from PayPal regarding payment, however, acceptance of your order is only confirmed via a confirmation email from store.hmv.com.

    Tickets are being fulfilled using the hmv tickets mobile phone app. Customers will be sent a text message with full details of how to download the hmv tickets app and receive e-tickets. e-tickets will be issued by 6pm on Friday 18th June 2021.

    When attempting to view your e-ticket, please ensure you log into the hmv tickets app using the name and UK mobile number exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.

    It is highly recommended that you check that the event is still scheduled to happen before incurring any travel costs. This can be done by checking hmv social media or via the following link: hmv.com/hmvlive.

    Details of anyone attending the event will be captured and saved only for use with NHS Track & Trace if necessary and will be deleted 28 days after the event.

    PLEASE NOTE: This event is subject to change pending government / Public Health England guidance around the coronavirus outbreak. If this event is postponed/cancelled, customers will be contacted via email and the hmv tickets app about their ticket order. Please do not contact us until a rescheduled date is announced. Once announced, if you cannot make the rescheduled date, refunds will be available.

  • Delivery and Returns

    When will my order arrive?

    • If the items are in stock, we’ll aim to dispatch them within 24 hours of your order being placed. Due to the increased volumes of orders being received and the social distancing measures that our warehouse teams are following, there may be a slight delay with dispatching orders, and we thank you for your patience. 
    • Orders sent via Royal Mail 48® are usually received within two to five working days, including Saturdays. Due to current delays, please allow seven days for delivery.
    • Orders sent via the Royal Mail 24® service will be dispatched the same day if ordered by 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
    • We will aim to dispatch pre-orders so that you receive them on the release date.
    • Where an item is 'Back in stock soon', we'll aim to receive more stock within a week and will dispatch any orders once the shipment has arrived.
    • Certain items can take longer to source than the estimated week, particularly during busy trading periods and may take longer to arrive at the warehouse. In this instance, we'll send weekly updates to keep you aware. 

    Delivery charges

    • Free delivery is available for most items when the order exceeds £20, but any exceptions will be clearly highlighted.
    • Selected items are only available for delivery via the Royal Mail 48® service and other items are available for delivery using this service for a charge.
    • Selected items are only available for delivery using Click & Collect to an hmv or FOPP store of your choice.
    • All delivery options and any charges that are applicable will be shown at the checkout.

    Will you tell me when my order is on its way?

    • We will email you as soon as each item is ready to be dispatched so you know when to expect them, but you can also check the status of your order in your account.
    • We don’t always ship everything together so check your dispatch email for more details - we’ll send you a dispatch email per parcel.
    • If your order contains items that are out of stock, we’ll ship the in-stock items as soon as we can and will dispatch the out-of-stock items as soon as we’ve received more stock in the warehouse
    • For items that are dispatched using our standard service, we ask that you wait 14 days from the date of dispatch before reporting any items as undelivered.

    Returns

    • Due to current lockdown measures that are in place across the country, we have extended our returns policy and items ordered from October 2020 can be returned to us up until 30 days after our high street stores reopen.
