    Gregory Porter will be performing an intimate album show to celebrate the release of 'All Rise',Gregory Porter at O2 Academy, Liverpool on Thursday 28th May at 7:00pm.

    Access to this event is strictly eTicket only, with discounted album and eTicket bundles available exclusively via store.hmv.com.

    Each eTicket allows entry for one person only (8+, under 14s must be accompanied by an adult)

    e-Tickets only (not bought as part of a bundle) are limited to a maximum of one per transaction.

    There are no printed tickets for this event. All eTickets will be sent to customers electronically via mobile phone.

    You can set up an hmv Tickets account at any time in readiness to receive your e-Ticket(s), please remember the name and phone number you use when setting up the hmv Tickets app should be the same as the name and number you give when placing your order.

    Orders via a credit/debit card will be processed and payment taken in full from Monday 13th April. For Paypal orders, payment is taken as soon as the order is placed.

    Please note that should payment fail, your order will be cancelled and you will not have access to the event, so please make sure that your card details will still be valid nearer to the release date to avoid disappointment; we would recommend using PayPal where possible to prevent issues with payment being taken.

    eTickets are being fulfilled using the hmv tickets mobile phone app. You MUST download the hmv Tickets before you are able to access your eTicket(s) and once orders have been processed from Monday 13th April, customers will be sent their eTickets will be issued by 6pm on Friday 24th April.

    When attempting to view your eTicket, please ensure you log into the hmv tickets app using the name and UK mobile number exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.

    eTickets are strictly non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased, either individually or as part of a bundle.

    Access is strictly 8+ and under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. (The venue operates a Challenge 25 policy and I.D. with proof of age will be required). The venue also reserves the right to refuse entry.

    It is highly recommended that you check that the event is still scheduled to happen before incurring any travel costs. This can be done by checking hmv social media or via the hmv.com/hmvlive.

    In the event that the live performance has to be cancelled for any reason, or we are unable to fulfil an order, customers will be contacted via email and the hmv tickets app about their eTicket order.

  • Delivery and Returns

    When will my order arrive?

    • If the items are in stock we’ll aim to dispatch them within 24 hours of your order being placed, or the next working day if it’s a weekend or a public holiday.
    • Orders sent via our standard delivery service are usually received within two to five working days, including Saturdays. 
    • Orders sent via the Express Delivery service will be dispatched the same day if ordered by 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for delivery within 2 working days, including Saturdays.
    • We will aim to dispatch pre-orders so that you receive them on the release date or as close to this as possible.

    Delivery charges

    • Free delivery is available for most items but all exceptions will be clearly highlighted.
    • Selected items are only available for delivery via the Express Delivery service and other items are available for delivery using this service for a charge.
    • Selected items are only available for delivery using Click & Collect to a UK hmv or FOPP store of your choice.
    • All delivery options and any charges that are applicable will be shown at the checkout.

    Will you tell me when my order is on its way?

    • We will email you as soon as each item is ready to be dispatched so you know when to expect them, but you can also check the status of your order in your account.
    • We don’t always ship everything together so check your dispatch email for more details - we’ll send you a dispatch email per parcel.
    • If your order contains items that are out of stock, we’ll ship the in-stock items as soon as we can and will dispatch the out of stock items as soon as we’ve received more stock in the warehouse

    Click & Collect

    • This is a free service where items are delivered to an hmv or Fopp store of your choice. 
    • We will email you when the items are ready to be collected.
    • If you have ordered several items we will email you to let you know which items have been dispatched. A further email will follow detailing the items that have arrived at your selected collection point and are ready for collection. Where possible, all items on an order will be dispatched and ready for collection together.
    • If any items are out-of-stock we will dispatch these items when more stock arrives. We will email you when these items are ready to be collected.


    • We are happy to accept returns for unwanted items, provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt, unopened, unused and in perfect condition. Please note that due to the impact of COVID-19 across the country, we have extended our returns policy and items ordered from March 2020 can be returned to us up until the end of August 2020.
